[feat] Remove `apt-get autoclean` from apt::update
`apt-get autoclean` should not be run on every puppetrun when
including `apt::update`, but rather be configured as a `APT::Periodic`
task that is run by cron, see
https://wiki.debian.org/UnattendedUpgrades.
