2009-11-03Added batching of multiple updating requests, to improve throughput with ↵Damien F. Katz

until a threshold of documents (or amount of time) has been passed. This option returns a 202 Accepted response instead of a 201 Created, so do not use it for applications which require all data to be saved safely to disk.
