This changes the file modes, it seems OSX needs it this way.

Adds two parameters to makethppackage: thpPath and scriptsDir.
thpPath: where to save the finished thp file.
scriptsDir: where the scripts specified in the configuration file are.

Change expected registry key for per-user installs. Note that this means install as service for all users will require a different package even if the MSI installer is the same.
