Improve error message. If the couch_erl_driver.so is no good

for some reason (linking e.g.) you get something along the lines
of 
{"init terminating in do_boot","Driver is an inappropriate Mach-O file"}
instead of
{"init terminating in do_boot",{error,{open_error,-12}}}
