Merge branch 'feature/fix-setup-deps' into develop
Closes #405
Several fixes on setup.py:
It now reads requirements from pkg/requirements.pip
Version is extracted from git describe.
Added trove_classifiers metadata.
Added bootstrap for setuptools.
